BRENT CASE, CCIM, CRE

Brent Case, CCIM, CRE has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and is President and Broker in Charge of Charleston’s largest commercial real estate company, Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. Brent specializes in Retail Brokerage in Sales, Leasing, Tenant Representation and Development services throughout the coastal South Carolina market; however, has extensive experience in Multifamily, Office and Land Acquisitions.

Brent has been a prominent figure in the Charleston Commercial Real Estate community and has been awarded many prestigious accolades over his career including Commercial Realtor of the Year, CCIM Region Vice President, and Commercial Realtor of the Year. Brent has also been an active member in the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and headed their Leadership Charleston program. Brent has been awarded Broker of the year and Circle of Distinction over the past 10 years. He has also been awarded Coldwell Banker Commercial #1 Sales Professional by State every year since 2012 and has been awarded top 2% of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Network of Brokers as well. Brent also serves on the National Advisory Board for Coldwell Banker Commercial Corporate, an Executive Committee Member for the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS and is the Chairman for the North Charleston Business Expo.

Currently, Brent has been leading the company in the development of three shopping centers totaling over 100,000 SF. Brent has managed all aspects and processes of the development cycle, including site selection, contract negotiations, due diligence requirements, design, financing, construction, property and asset management. His development experience adds an immense amount of knowledge and understanding to the local permitting agencies often needed to assure the success of complicated sales and lease transactions. Brent has also been the exclusive Real Estate agent for many National Brands Retail Tenants including The UPS Store, Sport Clips, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Brent also is a Principle in Tenant Development Company LLC and is Principle in the insurance company AI Insurance Services LLC which has offices in Charleston, Charlotte and Houston. He currently resides in James Island with his lovely wife, Katie, and their two sons, Jack and William.

Tim Rowley

Tim Rowley is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina who specializes in Retail Commercial Real Estate and has over 30 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in the Southeast. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics before he began making strides toward a successful career.

Tim spent 14 years with Charleston-based Retail Properties Inc. as a Broker handling all aspects of Commercial Retail Real Estate and investment sales. He then broadened his experience by dedicating 11 years to the creation of Freshfields Village in Kiawah Island, SC. The owners’ expectations were exceeded by Tim as he proved instrumental in creating one of the premiere high-end, mixed use commercial properties in the Southeast. His accomplishments at Freshfields Village included creating an exceptional tenant composition of retail, restaurants, financial services, and medical/office that were accentuated by a gourmet grocer, boutique hotel, and award-winning convenience store.

Tim also has experience in International Resort Retail serving as a consultant in the creation of a luxury, mega-yacht marina village within the Christophe Harbour Luxury Resort on the island of St. Kitts in the West Indies. He has been a member of ICSC since 1991 and currently lives in Folly Beach with his lovely wife, Erica.

Julia Donovan, CCIM, CIPS

Julia Donovan is a highly accomplished and licensed real estate agent, recognized for her expertise in residential investment properties and commercial properties. With a strong educational background, she holds a B.S. in Business Management from Rocky Mountain College. Originally from China, Julia has resided in the United States since 2005, which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of both cultures and languages.

Hannah Kamba

Originally from Malibu, California, Hannah is a 2nd generation Commercial Broker following in her Mother’s footsteps. Hannah moved to Charleston and graduated from the College of Charleston in 2013. That same year, Hannah joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as the Executive Assistant to Broker in Charge, Brent Case. Currently, Hannah is known as the top Retail Broker Specialist in Charleston for her knowledge and expertise in complex Retail Shopping Center Leases and Sales Contracts. Hannah specializes in Retail Commercial Real Estate and primarily focuses on Tenant Representation of best-in-class Retailers.

Bryan Fogle

Bryan has spent most of his career in the Food Service distribution business. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University he started his career working for US Foods as a sales representative in the Charleston market. After several years with the company and several mergers and acquisitions, he decided to test the waters with the competition and joined Sysco Foodservice. With several very successful years of sales and sales management with Sysco, the opportunity presented itself to be able help clients in a new way through commercial real estate.

Trey Zimmerman

Trey Zimmerman is one our partners at Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. He started at our firm over 20 years ago focusing on Retail, Industrial and Multifamily property sales, leasing and development. Some of the highlights of Trey’s career include closing a single transaction of $48 million dollars as well as being named into Coldwell Banker Commercial’s prestigious “Circle of Distinction.”

In addition to his full-time role at Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, he is also one of the founding partners and the President of our sister company, Ai Insurance Services. In this dual role, he also manages a full service, insurance agency with offices in multiple states. He is originally a Property and Casualty Specialist where he directs operations and manages large commercial/residential insurance portfolios, and policies with values in excess of $300 million dollars.

Prior to entering the private sector, Trey worked for The South Carolina Department of Natural Resources in The Office of Public Affairs where he worked on legislation, media relations, education and initiatives to protect and enhance the natural resources of the state.

Trey is a graduate of The College of Charleston with a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Communications. Trey is also a military veteran who served worldwide in The United States Air Force. Trey is an avid outdoorsman and he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.

Davis Swing

Davis, a Greenville, SC native, pursued his higher education at the University of South Carolina, earning a degree from the College of Hospitality, Retail, and Sport Management. His academic achievements, coupled with his family’s deep roots in commercial and residential real estate, have been pivotal in shaping his career. Davis currently serves on the retail team at Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, specializing in leasing and sales under the leadership of Brent Case, CCIM, the company’s president and broker-in-charge. Outside of work, Davis enjoys spending time on the water, playing tennis, hunting, and enthusiastically supporting the South Carolina Gamecocks.

Lauren Anderson

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, Lauren attended Charleston Southern University where, in May of 2021, she graduated with a degree in Business Administration in Human Resource Management.

Throughout the past three years, Lauren has worked in the Human Resource department at Berkeley County Government in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. She then transitioned to her interest in Real Estate and came across the amazing opportunity to work as the Executive Assistant to Brent Case, CCIM, President and Broker in Charge at Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. She recently received her certification to be a licensed agent in 2024.

Besides focusing on Commercial Real Estate, Lauren’s main hobbies include spending time with family and friends, fishing, hunting, and traveling!

Bridget Boswell

Bridget Boswell was raised in both the Charleston area and South Georgia, giving her a deep appreciation for the region’s unique landscapes and economic diversity. She attended the University of Georgia, where she built a strong foundation in business and horticulture. Her background in agribusiness has provided her with valuable insight into farmland requirements, crop planning, and land use, expertise that translates seamlessly into understanding property potential and development opportunities.

Bridget values community engagement and has been actively involved in outreach throughout her life. She has volunteered with local farms to harvest produce for food banks, served in soup kitchens, and helped children develop reading skills, reflecting her belief in supporting the communities where she lives and works.

In her role at Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic, Bridget contributes to both marketing and brokerage support, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Her passion for photography and drone imagery allows her to capture high-quality visuals for property listings, editorial features, and creative projects. This combination of business, marketing, and creative expertise gives her a well-rounded perspective and a commitment to providing clients with knowledgeable, detail-oriented service.

Katlyn McKay

Katlyn McKay brings a strong background in marketing, business and communication to her work at Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. Originally from the Midwest, she graduated from Indiana University in 2018, where she studied marketing, business and Hispanic linguistics. Her academic experience shaped an interest in strategy, communication and how thoughtful marketing can support business growth.

In 2022, Katlyn relocated to Charleston, South Carolina, drawn to the city’s energy and expanding business landscape. After building experience in digital marketing and campaign execution, she joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic in January 2026, where she oversees marketing efforts across the firm and works closely with brokers to support listing marketing, business development and brand consistency.

In her role at Coldwell Banker Atlantic, Katlyn supports marketing initiatives that help elevate the firm’s listings and strengthen its overall brand presence.

When she’s not working, Katlyn enjoys spending time with her dog, Maverick, visiting local coffee shops, and enjoying time at the beach.
