Brent Case, CCIM
Brent Case, CCIM has been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and is President and Broker in Charge of Charleston’s largest commercial real estate company, Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. Brent specializes in Retail Brokerage in Sales, Leasing, Tenant Representation and Development services throughout the coastal South Carolina market; however, has extensive experience in Multifamily, Office and Land Acquisitions.
Brent has been a prominent figure in the Charleston Commercial Real Estate community and has been awarded many prestigious accolades over his career including Commercial Realtor of the Year, CCIM Region Vice President, and Commercial Realtor of the Year. Brent has also been an active member in the Charleston Chamber of Commerce and headed their Leadership Charleston program. Brent has been awarded Broker of the year and Circle of Distinction over the past 10 years. He has also been awarded Coldwell Banker Commercial #1 Sales Professional by State every year since 2012 and has been awarded top 2% of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Network of Brokers as well. Brent also serves on the National Advisory Board for Coldwell Banker Commercial Corporate, an Executive Committee Member for the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS and is the Chairman for the North Charleston Business Expo.
Currently, Brent has been leading the company in the development of three shopping centers totaling over 100,000 SF. Brent has managed all aspects and processes of the development cycle, including site selection, contract negotiations, due diligence requirements, design, financing, construction, property and asset management. His development experience adds an immense amount of knowledge and understanding to the local permitting agencies often needed to assure the success of complicated sales and lease transactions. Brent has also been the exclusive Real Estate agent for many National Brands Retail Tenants including The UPS Store, Sport Clips, Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Brent also is a Principle in Tenant Development Company LLC and is Principle in the insurance company AI Insurance Services LLC which has offices in Charleston, Charlotte and Houston. He currently resides in James Island with his lovely wife, Katie, and their two sons, Jack and William.

Brian Aiken, CCIM
Brian M. Aiken, CCIM is a 20-year Retail Commercial Real Estate veteran in the Charleston area and a principal with Coldwell Banker Commercial Atlantic. He specializes in retail brokerage, retail strip center development, and shopping center sales. He is an active member of the shopping center trade organization, International Council of Shopping Centers. Brian maintains strong relationships with national retailers, institutional property owners, and regional development firms. Brian resides in Mount Pleasant, graduated from Clemson University, and is also a restaurateur.

David Hochberg is a former practicing attorney and real estate professional by trade since 1991. He started as a landlord representative in Fairfield County, Connecticut where he worked with boutique retail and restaurant tenants along Westport’s famed “Main Street”. During these years David served as in-house legal counsel, leasing agent and asset, project and construction manager.
David left Fairfield County for Manhattan, New York to work as a tenant specialty broker with then preeminent retail and entertainment firm Garrick Aug Associates Store Leasing. After four years and at the Director level, he moved on to work for sixteen years with the national tenant representative firm Staubach Retail Services and SRS Real Estate where he served as a Senior Vice President of Retail.
Over his brokerage career and before taking the Vice President position with Bowlero Corp, the world leader in bowling entertainment, David worked with many of the largest national retailers and landlord groups in major retail markets throughout the United States.
David has focused his career on large leasing projects as well as multi-location tenant expansion requirements, but he has also been involved with asset acquisitions and shopping center capital market investment sales. He has kept close with a very large network of real estate professionals in all corners of the industry.
David graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor of arts in psychology and Western New England University School of Law with a Juris Doctor. He is an avid sailor, skier and motorcycle enthusiast. David currently lives with his family on Johns Island, in South Carolina
Tim Rowley is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in South Carolina who specializes in Retail Commercial Real Estate and has over 30 years of Commercial Real Estate experience in the Southeast. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics before he began making strides toward a successful career.
Tim spent 14 years with Charleston-based Retail Properties Inc. as a Broker handling all aspects of Commercial Retail Real Estate and investment sales. He then broadened his experience by dedicating 11 years to the creation of Freshfields Village in Kiawah Island, SC. The owners’ expectations were exceeded by Tim as he proved instrumental in creating one of the premiere high-end, mixed use commercial properties in the Southeast. His accomplishments at Freshfields Village included creating an exceptional tenant composition of retail, restaurants, financial services, and medical/office that were accentuated by a gourmet grocer, boutique hotel, and award-winning convenience store.
Tim also has experience in International Resort Retail serving as a consultant in the creation of a luxury, mega-yacht marina village within the Christophe Harbour Luxury Resort on the island of St. Kitts in the West Indies. He has been a member of ICSC since 1991 and currently lives in Folly Beach with his lovely wife, Erica.
As a Licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina specializing in commercial real estate, Paul has approximately 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate field. He graduated from the West Chester University with a B.S. in Marketing Management before starting a career in retail with Mobil Oil Corporation.
After over 6 years with Mobil Oil, Paul spent the next 15 years with The Rouse Company involved in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including retail, office, flex space and industrial. Paul then dedicated the next 5 years to The Mills Corporation as Vice President of Peripheral Development for its malls throughout the United States. After a brief period with AIG Baker Investments as Vice President of Development, Paul joined Kimco Realty Corporation as President of the Southern Region. For the next 16 years, Paul led a team of real estate professionals in the leasing, property management, construction, asset management, ancillary income, development, acquisitions/dispositions, and property accounting for a portfolio of over 130 shopping centers consisting of approximately 24M square feet, in the Southeastern States, Texas and Puerto Rico. While at Kimco, Paul led the design and execution of Kimco’s largest ground-up development, Dania Pointe, located in Dania Beach,Florida. Dania Pointe is a horizontally integrated mixed-use development project on 102 acres, consisting of over 800,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, 1000 residential units, 350 hotel rooms and 350,000 square feet of office space.
Paul currently resides on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina with his gorgeous wife of 28 years.
Raised in Augusta, Ga, Chris Cannon moved to Charleston in 2015, and gained a foothold in the industry working as a broker for a local developer. Joining the CBC Atlantic team in 2018, Chris focuses on investment retail brokerage throughout the Southeast, with extra emphasis on our dynamic local market. Chris is a graduate of Wofford College with a B.A. in Economics.

Julia Donovan is a Licensed Agent who received her B.S. in Business management from Rocky Mountain College. She is from China, and has lived in US for 13 years. She has extensive sales experience and is bilingual in Chinese and English. She has a focus in residential investment properties and commercial properties. Julia provides extensive service to all of her clients and oversees the entire process of real estate transaction from start to finish. She is happy to provide translation assistance for her Chinese clients to help with the language barrier. Her extensive real estate background and hands-on approach always make her clients feel at ease and taken care of.
Kimberly Iler joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Platinum Partner in 2007. She is a native of Savannah who attended Armstrong Atlantic University. Kim previously was a licensed securities advisor specializing in 1031 exchange (TIC’s) Tenant-in-Common and has experience in wealth management as a Financial Advisor. She also has extensive experience in residential and commercial construction. Kim is currently the President of the local Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA) of Savannah and Hilton Head. Kim currently serves on the Economic Development Advisory Council and the Executive Committee of the Georgia Association of Realtors. She serves on the Leadership Savannah Board, the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce Board and is a 2021 GAR Leadership Academy Nominee; a past graduate of Leadership Savannah and Leadership Southeast Georgia, and a graduate of the Emerging Broker Program offered through Coldwell Banker Commercial. Kim is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and has been assisting tenants and landlords in Savannah and surrounding MSA for over 13 years. Kim is currently working on her CCIM designation.
Originally from Malibu, CA, Hannah moved to Charleston in 2009 to attend the College of Charleston. While attending College, Hannah kept herself busy working with top Wedding Planners in the Southeast as well as volunteered and worked as an On-Site Manager for the Wine + Food Festival. Hannah received her Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Charleston in 2013 and earned a double major in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Business Administration. That same year, Hannah obtained her Real Estate License and joined Coldwell Banker Commercial as the Executive Assistant to the Broker in Charge, Brent Case. Through her experience working with the Broker in Charge, Hannah has become extremely knowledgeable in Retail sales and leasing. With Hannah’s knowledge and love for Hospitality industry it advances her success in the Charleston Retail market.

Bryan has spent most of his career in the Food Service distribution business. After graduating from Johnson & Wales University he started his career working for US Foods as a sales representative in the Charleston market. After several years with the company and several mergers and acquisitions, he decided to test the waters with the competition and joined Sysco Foodservice. With several very successful years of sales and sales management with Sysco, the opportunity presented itself to be able help clients in a new way through commercial real estate.

Sara Bodell, is a Licensed Agent and Sales Associate who received her B.S. in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management from Clemson University. She is a Clemson native who moved to Charleston 5 years ago and has over 8 years of sales experience. Sara has a focus in residential investment properties, land sales and commercial properties. She has been working for Coldwell Banker Commercial as an agent and broker’s assistant for 5 years and won the top award as “Employee of the Year” in 2014. Sara’s success in real estate stems from her natural ability to communicate and the special care she delivers to everyone.
